Hero Motocorp Presidente Pawan Munjal su Ed Radar
In un'azione importante, la direzione di esecuzione (ED) ha allegato tre proprietà per un valore di £ 24,95 di Hero Mototocorp CMD e il presidente Pawan Munjal a Nuova Delhi ai sensi della Prevention of Money Recundering Act, 2002.
Secondo l'Agenzia investigativa, l'ED ha avviato le indagini contro Munjal e altri sulla base di una denuncia per l'accusa presentata dalla Direzione di Revenue Intelligence (DRI) ai sensi della sezione 135 del Customs Act, 1962 per aver trasportato illegalmente la valuta estera fuori dall'India.

“La denuncia giudiziaria sostiene che i cambi/valuta estera equivalenti a Rs 54 crore sono stati eliminati illegalmente dall'India.
L'ED ha anche affermato che l'indagine ha rivelato che "Munjal ha emesso valuta estera/valuta estera in nome di altre persone e successivamente ha usato lo stesso per le sue spese personali all'estero".
