ASK Automotive’s IPO launched today
ASK Automotive’s IPO will run from November 7 to November 9. It has 2,95,71,390 shares and the price band is Rs 268 to Rs 282 per share. From this, there is a plan to raise Rs 833.91 crore at the upper limit of the price band. Fresh issues are not being issued under IPO. The company’s shares can be listed on both the exchanges. Listing of ASK Automotive shares may take place on November 20, 2023.
The price band of ASK Automotive has been fixed at Rs 268 to Rs 282 per share. The lot size of ASK Automotive IPO is 53 shares. In such a situation, any investor must bet at least Rs 14,946. At the same time, investors can bet on a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 689 shares.
