According to the almanac, it will start from 02:36 pm on 14th November and will continue till 01:47 pm the next day i.e. on 15th November. This festival is celebrated during the day time. In this, the sister applies tilak to the brother and ties Kalava on his hands.

This time, on 14th November, Kartik Shukla Dwitiya Tithi starts from 2:37 pm, while on 15th November, Kartik Shukla Dwitiya Tithi starts from 1:48 pm in the afternoon. Therefore you can celebrate the festival of Bhai Dooj on both the days.
