Govt Sends Notice to Apple

Investigating the threat alerts issued by Apple, Government of India sends notice to the company aver the attacks n MPs Mahua Moitra and Shahi Tharur

CERT has started an investigation after opposition claimed receivnig alerts on their iPhones about a "state-sponsored" hacking attempt.

The IT Secretary S Krishnan also confirmed that a notice has been sent to Apple.

The minister is hoping full cooperation in the investigation.

Apple said it did not attribute the threat alert to "any specific state-sponsored attacker".
