This IPO received a strong response from investors. New shares have been issued under the issue and shares have also been sold through the offer-for-sale window.
Protean eGov Technologies IPO is opening today from 6th November. It will close on 8 November. The price band for this IPO has been fixed at Rs 752-792 per share. The company is planning to raise around Rs 490 crore from this IPO. The issue of SK Automotive is going to open on 7th November. Investors will get a chance to bid in the IPO till November 9. 2,95,71,390 equity shares have been put on offer under ASK Automotive IPO, which plans to raise Rs 833.91 crore at the upper limit of the price band.
Out of the 4 IPOs coming this week, 2 are SME IPOs. These are the IPOs of Rox Hi-Tech and Sunrest Lifescience. Both these IPOs will be open for subscription from 7 to 9 November. The price band in the IPO of Rox Hi-Tech is Rs 80 to Rs 85 per share. Whereas, in the IPO of Sunrest Lifescience, the price band has been fixed at Rs 84 per share.
