Uttarakhand celebrating 23rd Foundation Day

It was on 9th November 2000 when Uttarakhand was created by carving Uttar Pradesh.

President Draupadi Murmu remembered late Sushila Baluni, who fought for the distinct identity and establishment of Uttarakhand.
